Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Graphref, including the website, Telegram bot, checkout flows, credits, and related support channels. By accessing or using Graphref, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Graphref provides a Telegram-based and web-supported service that allows users to submit keywords, domains, URLs, and related instructions for traffic-generation and job execution workflows. The Service may include account connection, credit purchases, job submission, status tracking, and support communications.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use Graphref only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, client, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account connection and access

Access to portions of Graphref may require authentication through Telegram or another approved method. You are responsible for the activity conducted through your connected Telegram account or other credentials, and for maintaining control over the devices and accounts used to access the Service.

You must provide accurate information when connecting to the Service and must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use unauthorized credentials.

4. User instructions and responsibility for submitted targets

You are solely responsible for the keywords, domains, URLs, content, and instructions you submit through Graphref. You represent and warrant that you own, control, or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to direct traffic or activity to each submitted target.

You are also solely responsible for assessing whether your use of Graphref complies with search engine rules, platform rules, advertising standards, contractual obligations, and applicable laws in the jurisdictions relevant to you and your targets.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Graphref:

  • to target domains, pages, or properties that you do not own or are not authorized to promote;
  • to engage in fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, or other unlawful or misleading conduct;
  • to violate the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
  • to interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Graphref or related systems;
  • to use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions rules, export controls, or platform terms.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

6. Credits, pricing, and purchases

Graphref operates on a credit-based model. Credits may be provided as free promotional credits or purchased as one-time packages. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, credits are not a stored cash balance, are non-transferable, have no independent monetary value outside the Service, and may only be used for eligible Graphref functionality.

Each job consumes the number of credits disclosed in the Service at the time of submission. Pricing, package size, promotional offers, free-credit availability, and feature access may change at any time before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, purchased credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. We may disable or remove promotional credits obtained through abuse, duplicate signups, fraud, chargebacks, or other misuse.

7. Payment processing and taxes

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including PayPal and Telegram-native payment mechanisms such as Telegram Stars. Your purchase may also be subject to the terms, policies, fees, exchange rates, tax handling, and dispute rules of those third parties.

Graphref does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your use of the Service, except for taxes imposed on Graphref's own income.

8. Refunds and failed jobs

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable once completed. However, if a submitted job fails to complete due to an internal processing issue, operational failure, or another Graphref-side problem, we may restore the corresponding credits or otherwise provide an appropriate service remedy in our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny refunds, reversals, or credit restoration where failure results from invalid input, unauthorized targets, third-party restrictions, payment disputes, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Graphref does not guarantee ranking improvements, search engine placement, indexing outcomes, traffic volume, impression growth, click-through improvements, conversions, revenue, or any other commercial result. Search engines, marketplaces, platforms, and analytics tools use independent systems and may change their behavior at any time.

Any examples, projections, case-study style language, or product descriptions are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise of future performance.

10. Third-party services and dependencies

Graphref relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including Telegram and payment processors. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, restrictions, data practices, outages, or actions taken by those third parties.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the separate terms and privacy policies of those providers.

11. Intellectual property

As between you and Graphref, Graphref retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the website, software, branding, designs, workflows, text, graphics, and underlying technology, except for content or inputs you provide. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended business purpose.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in abuse or fraud, initiated improper payment disputes, or used the Service in a way that may harm Graphref or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, intellectual property, and dispute-related matters, will survive.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Graphref disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error correction.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or free from defects, or that any third-party platform will continue to accept, classify, display, or measure traffic in any particular way.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphref and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or reputation arising out of or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphref's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Graphref for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Graphref and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your submitted targets or instructions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of Graphref is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, the bot, email, or another reasonable channel. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or through @graphrefbot.
